Committed people always get reward, either materially or as everlasting respect and they make their own history .As I mentioned in my previous article that our history is too long so today I am going to show the snap shot of that history. Either the past is crap or amazing but accepting truth and making yourself perfect for the future is the sign of wise and braveness.
In starting, Our (Khuwaja Isna Shari’s) forefather were Lohana, having business of leather in subcontinent .Then the followers of Prince Aga Khan had motivated them to change their religion from Lohana to Aga Khaani Muslims, so soon after they accepted their offer and became Aga Khaani Khuwaja.
At that time, there were two categories of Aga Khani Khuwaja, i-e” Khaanai and pirrai”. One who totally believed on Prince of that time (i-e Aga Hussain Ali Shah) and obey their orders, were categorized is khaanai and other who believed on double religious concepts i-e to obey prince as well as had believed in the history of Karbala, even they people attended Majalis of Imam Hussain (a.s), were catogarized in pirrai.
When they took knowledge from “Majlas-e-Hussain A.S” and thought about meryters of Karbala, then the confusion began in their minds about dual religious concept that what are they doing?, what are their believes?, to whom are they following? Then in 1900, 5 people namely: (My great grandfather) Seth Haji Ghulam Ali Khuwaja (Nindo), Haji Mohammad Jaffer Wesani (Mirpur, Bathoro), Seth Walli Mohammad Gull Mohammad (Tandobago), Molvi Abdullah (Mirpur Bathoro), Seth Allah Warayo( Rahmaki), started research and did religious debates with Prince Aga, but did not satisfied with his point of views, so decided to left that religion/sect and became” Isna Shari Khuwaja”(Shia)
As we know changing religion or sect is not a easy task, it takes time to be recover and in past, It seem to be a huge war, not just between two sects, but even between relatives and friends too, started social boycott, which later affected their business.
Rahmaki name derived from “Rah:way , Makki or Makka, (place of hajj )” , Or we say that it was the way to Makka .At that time, there was a huge river called Ali Bander, from where people travel to Makka for the purpose of Hajj or trade. So Late Ghulam Ali Khuwaja became the first haaji of their time and Rahmaki was known as the place of business but after some time when Ali Bander, river changed their way , then the business person from Isna Shari Khuwaja traveled to Nindo, Kadhan,Badin, Talhar, Tandobago, Mirpur Bathoro, and Jirkan . Later on, few of them shifted to Karachi and Hyderabad, and now their generation spreded through out whole world.
